Inspired by the quest of knowing “what motivates people to behave in the way they behave” and how change can be achieved, Ram joined Advanced Training Implementation and has completed the Advanced Training in Transactional Analysis specializing in Psychotherapy. He is in the process of acquiring international certification from the Training and Certification Council of ITAA, Oakland, USA. 

He specializes in Intra & Inter-Personal Relationship Skills and is competent in designing, developing, delivering customized training programs, and effecting change in individuals through workshops, training, problem-solving groups, counseling, etc.
Having started his career in sales and customer relations he changed his career to working with people through training and counseling after completing his Advanced Training in Transactional Analysis, He has more than a decade of experience in training, counseling and has logged over 20,000 + hours of training and consulting experience and he is specialist in training areas of Intra & Interpersonal skills, Cognitive skills, Soft skills training, Psychometric testing, Counselling and Psychotherapy for Individuals in Corporate, Academic institutions and in General public & he is a Trainer, Counsellor in the process of certification.

- Developed 3 B (Brain-Body-Behavior) technique, a holistic approach to individual change and wellness.
- Designed and developed a Career Development Initiative for L1 - L2 (Associates – Team Leader) for a leading BPO in Chennai.
